PHOTO EXHIBITION ON MARCO POLO'S JOURNEY

Photo exhibition "the journey of Marco Polo" in photographs of Michael Yamashita 1 July 2018 2018 from March 24 until, at Palazzo Blu.
La high-impact experiential photography exhibition aims to bring to life, through images, videos and stories, lâ epic travel from Venice to far East via the Silk Road, the world famous and busy street more Caravan.
Michael Yamashita, he rode for National Geographic in the footsteps of Marco Polo finding many of the places depicted and doing justice to his direct testimony.
Among the information and stimuli present in view, particular emphasis will be given to the figure of Rustichello da Pisa, to whom we owe the construction, thanks to the stories of Marco Polo during his period of imprisonment in 1298, de Il Milione.
The photographs on display are 77, in addition to moving images, explanatory texts, maps, audio stories and objects from the places visited by Marco Polo.
